DP has a large, pretty waterpark, coasters unique to the CF chain (Lazer, Thunderhawk) and is close to interesting East Coast cities like Philly or NYC. KBF is just too far away but would be fun. MA is tiny, but has a good-sized waterpark and is close to the coast of Lake Michigan.
Of the sister parks to visit from CP, VF would have to be the last on the list. WoF would be second-to-last, but at least the waterpark is large. VF's water park is tiny and cramped and the park's best attractions too similar to CP's..especially for a 680-mile trip.
But if anyone DID organize a trip, I'd sure want to be the first to know...

Must have been the 4th floor of the Mall that drew them (a strip of nightclubs that never sleeps)...

It's only an 11-hour ride...I can drive that distance by myself. Standing on my head. Seriously.
It would only be 9 if not for Wisconsin and their 65 MPH speed limit. WHY?!?!? I can drive through the suburban Twin Cities at 70 all day, but only 65 through absolutely nothing but trees and cud-chewing-cows and overweight Packer fans chomping on cheese and sausage and beer and deep-frying whole turkeys in big buckets of boiling fat. Oh yeah--and speed traps. Lots and lots of speed traps.
I swear the state slogan should be "Wisconsin...we're in the freakin' way!"

PS - Before this gets nuked...I have no beef with the fine people of Wisconsin--not even during Vikings-Packer games--save for the half-witted ones who set the speed limit.
