Upper Level Jobs..

Does anyone know how exactly you apply for an upper level job like a management position of some sort? I see applications on the site for you know ride ops and those of the sort, but nothing on the lines of a post graduate career.

Sometimes working a seasonal position is also a great way to get your foot in the door. In my experience, the company is more open to promoting someone who has had a seasonal employee experience so that you know the demands of the job of the people you would be working with. If you are skilled at networking, this may be a good opportunity for you, because in the end part of the equation is who you know. Best of luck to you and congrats on graduation!
