Looking at that picture, I'm seeing a striking resemblance. One thing is the footer itself. Notice the open square hole in the middle of the footer. That (I'm assuming) is for the small "things" that stick out from the bottom of Intamin supports. And if you look at some of the pics of the new footers, you'll see a block of styrofoam in the middle. I noticed these when I went Saturday and that's what my initial thought was of them.

And by the way, they were actually pumping water out of the low lying areas where they were pouring the *big* footers. :)
