Update: June 29

Right, even if it isnt wood, I dont think its being covered to hide anything, just to keep it dry.

Let me ask this. Why is there wood under the blue trap? Are they also building a woode coaster, or is it to replace the wood on mean streak?

Well, its best to keep wood dry until its been assembled, as it tends to warp.

Cedar point has been the central place for new coaster ideas. Might be a new breed.

Hi guys look at this picture up above .To me it looks like these supports could handle two sets of tracks .this looks like its going to be a racinbg coaster .I dont mean to brag but most of the time i am 99% right .....

Sorry guys in my last post i put a picture there but its not there can any one tell me how to put a picture into a post .please

why would you assume they're not trying to hide it? they already admitted to trying to "conceal" the track by covering it up. and, they also said that they only uncovered all the track because of pics on the internet which gave away what was under the tarps.

they're trying to keep as much as they can "under wraps" (or tarps) - CP's already admitted to that.

I think it would be safe to assume its for either the station or surrounding elements - fencing (for the queue), theming, etc.

Why would they hide anything, when they already gave up long ago? Its obvious that whatever is under there is simply being protected from the elements, nothing more.

And, seeing as how someone has already seen the wood underneath the tarp, its safe to say that they're not hiding anything.

Brandon

Let me ask you this. In Frontiertown, what are most buildings made of?

Jeff Young

One Word, On-Ride-Photo-Booth...

Maybe it is wood for a new floor in the old WWL building.

Yeah... you're wrong.

It's probably not wood, I don't think its wood, The only reason I can see why people think it might be wood is because of the pallet it is on, that is wood. We use wood pallets when we are unloading our truck at my job, and we don't have wood products come in those. Wood pallets are used because it can with stand heavy things. Anyways, lets say if it is wood, this might be impoissible to do and probably won't happen, but is it possible to have a steel wooden coaster? Have steal and wood together on the coaster so one part is steel then another part is wood.

ok we will see if im wrong .If im right u guys will feel like a jerk .

Okay, one more time:

Someone saw the pile of wood while it was uncovered.

Is that really so hard to grasp? This is quickly reminding me why I've been avoiding the Project 2007 forum lately.

And that 99% comment reminded me of Anchorman.

75% percent of the time, it works - every time.
