OMG!!!11!!!1! None of those are 500 feet!11!! ;)

Great pics, Jeff! :)

Brandon

My thought. There are many small supports so it will run close to the ground for a while right.

Thanks for the pictures Jeff.

Great pictures, but what color are those supports?

Moly Brown.

Thanks Jeff, hope you guys had fun at the park last night.

I'd say tan.

Looks like they got some more nice and curvy pieces in too.

Thanks, Tom, and Walt, that was hilarious!

Do they typically handle supports so roughly? It seems that they just tossed them into the shipping container, and as a result they are pretty scuffed up.

I just wonder whether it actually saves them time and/or money, since they have to do a fair amount of touch-up once the ride is assembled.

Brandon

It may just be the color settings of my monitor, but the support's color appears to be very similar to Iron Dragon's original support color. I always liked the appearance of the Iron Dragon with the tan supports and red track so hopefully this new attraction will look as appealing.

That was my original thought when I took the pictures. I told my girlfriend Jamie "Well now I know why they painted Iron Dragon!"

Not sure if anyone noticed or not, but the supports are also the same color as the supports in that clip of the new ride at port aventura.

Yay the supports really prove that it will be a looper.

I was thinking the same thing about Iron Dragon.

There are sooooo many other freaking colors though, why is it always the same?

cyberdman

I am not gonna get excited untill I see supports that look like a lifthill support, and also track that resembles a curved tophat of a lifthill. I really don't want another launch. They are funa nd exciting, but c'mon lifthills are the best.

They do? That seems like a stretch to me. A bunch of stubby supports don't tell you much of anything.

But those twisty track pieces sure are interesting.

Sounds like side-winding to me.

Great update! Thanks Mr. Young and Mr. Schmidt.

Well Jeff it just seems that now we have seen everything but the trains for the new coaster. Every time I see new track and now supports it just confirms to me that it will be a looper.

True though the supports themselves don't prove anything.

I'm trying to figure out how you are seeing track laying on the ground as proof it is a looper. It could be, but every piece I have seen could also be a pull out from a banked turn. You can't determine that it is a looper based on what we have seen.

John, you just want an Aqua Trax. :)
