I have made reservations for the hotel breaker's. I have a room with a

queen size bed-non smoking in the twin section. This is the section

facing the hotel parking lot. The description on the website-says stand

up shower only. I am cool with that. My question is- do the door's

come with electronic card lock's or a key lock? Is the a/c a window

unit or wall mounted? Thank's in advance.

Electronic card

Window A/C I think is only in the cheaper bon-air rooms.

Dumb question...I reserved a room this summer in the older Bon-air section. I've never stayed at Breakers yet, so where is the bon-air section located and how run down is it?

The Bon-air section is the older section of the hotel that extends out past the left side of the tower if you are facing it from the parking lot (can't really think of a better way to describe where it is than that). As far as how run down it is, the rooms are kind of small, though not too bad if you are just looking for a place to sleep. However they tend to overcharge for these rooms considering what you get, though you can sometimes get deals.

Thanks. I've been wondering exactly where it was located. Most of the pictures I've seen have been from the beach side, so based on what you said it would be on the right side of the tower if your looking at it from the beach?

Basically I'm just looking for a place to sleep. The rest of the time I'm there I'll be at the park. I spend very little time in a hotel room. As long as the rooms are clean and beds aren't horrible I'll be alright. The musty smell i hear about might not be a problem as long as it's not too horrible.

Just found this in the gallery:

Check it out, it has all the sections of the hotel labeled. As far as I remember, the room was clean and I don't remember a musty smell, but keep in mind this was 8 years ago, so it could have changed since then.

Thanks for that. That helps out a lot. Now, all my questions are answered!
