Trying to track down a caricature artist, 2011 alumni
Hi all,
I've never worked at CP, but I have been visiting yearly since I first met my fiancee in 2010. In 2011, we got our caricature done by a lovely and talented artist whose name is Natalie. I got to the park a day ahead of my then-girlfriend and spoke with Natalie about how we would be coming by the following day and that regardless of what she requested, Natalie was to do a portrait of me on one knee, proposing.
She did a great job playing along and my fiancee had no idea until the picture was presented to her and I dropped to one knee to propose. It was a very fun and memorable experience!
Anyhow, I'm trying to see if I can track Natalie down to first of all thank her and let her know that we are still engaged 2 years in and currently planning for an October 2014 wedding. I'd also like to ask her if she might be willing to attend our wedding to do caricatures for our guests throughout the evening as I think it'd be a great gift for our guests and a tie-in to our engagement story!
Can anyone get in contact with her or let me know how I can do so? Heck, maybe she's even working at the point again this year (we didn't manage to find her last year, but a huge downpour hit during our visit and we were only in the park for about 2 hours last year).

My girl and I fell in love at CP and we plan to do it again every year for the rest of our lives.
The caricature artists actually aren't Cedar Point employees, they work for Kamen's Art Shoppes, so your best bet probably would be to contact them.

Well, turns out I had the same idea. :S Thought I was being pretty original, and then I did a web search and ended up here. I guess great minds think alike ;) We will be visiting next month, but the problem is it will just be the two of us, and im not sure how I can sneak away to make arrangements beforehand. Is there anyone I can speak to from Kaman's before via email etc to make the arrangements, and maybe just give some kind of signal when we arrive that i'm the guy? Or does anyone else have any ideas how I can pull this off? Sean, I was gonna pm u on FB, but didn't want to intrude. Thanks!
