trip canceled

hello everyone. i have had to cancel my trip next week. my daughter is only 27 weeks pregnant and her water has broken. she will stay in the hospital from here on out, and since it is a slow leak hopefully she can go many more weeks. doctor is shooting for 34 weeks.

so anyway, just home to change clothes and to ask for lots of trip reports to hold me over till next summer.

Won't the trip reports just make you more jealous?

^^ Aww that sucks. :( I remember when I was pregnant and how badly I wanted to go to CP. I guess I could have went, but it would have been torture for me to be there and not be able to ride the coasters. But good luck with your grand child. I hope everything turns out alright. :)

I hate to say it, but as I told you in your original post, if the "omens" are not looking good in the days and weeks leading up to a particular trip and the "moons are not aligning", then without question such trip is not meant to be!!

But maybe you can still make it out later this year in 08, and if not, being in TX you still got Six Flags Fiesta and Over TX (yeah, it's Six Flags, but still!!), and also Schlitterban and Sea World...I think you'll be fine for amusement parks this year! LOL.....And good luck to your daughter too!! (my older sister just made me a young uncle very recently!)

yeah, we will do SFOT in October when it's not so friggin hot. we are already having 110 degree days. no can do, i can't take that kind of heat.

and no trip reports are great, i really do want to hear all about them.
