Yep, you'll have the standard park training and then the foods training, where you will be lectured ad nauseum on food temperatures and cleaning procedures etc. Generally, the foods management will stop in and eat at each restaurant to see how things are going and to fire anyone who drops a setting or screws up an order.
Just kidding about the last part, btw....

we start out with company training and ride training starts generally on Tuesday. you will learn everything about your ride throughout the week. You will do all of the proper paperwork so you can operate the ride and you will take the visuals test if you are on a coaster. You have to pass that to operate the ride.

So would employees be training all week or just one day? I process in on the 11th and begin work on the 12th which I believe is the day before Park Opening.
Ride ops will be training Tuesday - Friday, which is where you'll go over basic stuff such as checking seats, down time responders, going over visual boards, etc. The Friday of training week will be a "dress rehearsal."
