Training Online?

When I applied, online, to work at CP, there was a box to check off if you wanted to train "online." What kind of training could you do online? I worked at CP last season and to tell you the truth, the best training was on-the-job-training. The only reason I can think of this unusual training method is that the season is starting the same weekend that most colleges get out for the summer. Last year, we had a whole week of on-the-job training before CP even opened up for the season. Most of the time we were cleaning the trains because the wind was too strong to send empty trains to practice. Even with all of the cleaning, we still practiced hand signals.

Your home work: extend your right arm to a level length..place thumb in the upright position..practice this for 30 minutes on a nighly basis! After this exercise is complete, we reccomend that you go somewhere where you will not feel embrassed to be loud, raise your voice to a playground voice and yell "HOLD!" Sorry chris i couldnt resist! ~A

Maybe u will do the test like u do for the rides...the visuals or somting like that...
