Training

Hi, I'm gonna be working at cp again this summer as an auditor and they tacked on trainer to my job description too. Anybody ever done either? How was it? I worked as a ride host before but I'm thinking this will be a little different.....

so is that like the people that do the cornerstone training? You'll get to hand out pins for correct answers!

Merch auditors usually do Merchandise training in addition to their auditing job. All I ask is you actually call us sups with the info that we need as soon as you have it, so we can get back to you as soon as we have it. LOL...you'll understand when you get there and start the job.
Basically the merchandise training involves going through the merch book...showing how to use the main register systems (we have three other register types that those people will be trained on when they arrive in the stores that have them), how to do voids, how to fill out the papers...basically you'll be training them how to make your job easier. Because if they're trained correctly there's less likely problems in auditing. Welcome to the merch dept..
