I suspect that they'll run it as much as they can to see how the train performs in the real world. I'm optimistic that opening day will be nothing like Dragster's, which wasn't great, to say the least.

If the park indeed threatened legal action, they would have done so because something illegal had taken place......not to simply "bully" a content creator as some people are insinuating. I'm no lawyer but I wouldn’t think you'd threaten legal action without some semblance of evidence.

Does anyone outside of CP or LEL know? Doubtful. The comment was simply an inside (as in here, in Pointbuzz) joke based off of the flow of conversation lately. And I highly doubt you will see a posted explanation, because...well...legal stuff.
Just Occam's razor.
If someone had done absolutely nothing "wrong" (air quotes because there's a whole spectrum of wrong things), especially someone with such a large online following, I can't imagine a reality where this someone takes such a sudden drastic action without at least making an attempt to publicly (via the following) defend oneself. And as Adam pointed out above, last time I asked Cedar Point doesn't hire thugs to come to one's house and bully them.

It was (again, most likely) a violation of some kind that has consequences.
I don't know Matt from LEL, but he seems to really love the Great Lakes. Wish him well. Bella I will not miss, but if you do, her voice is still all over his other videos.
Promoter of fog.
All joking aside, (since that's my "theme") drones can, like any machine, do unpredictable things. The spectrum of wrong also includes things that were not intentional, but still hold responsibility.
A neighbor of mine lost a fairly expensive drone this summer when it just stopped listening to commands and literally flew off into the sunset. He never found it, and hopefully it eventually crashed in some remote field waiting to be found someday by people from the future.
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, Icarus ignored warnings and still flew too close.

Very naive. This sort of thing happens all the time. Companies or individuals with deep pockets threaten a lawsuit (even with highly questionable merit), and the opposing party may well be in the right, but is unable or unwilling to pay the exorbitant costs of defending an action, so they waive the white flag.
He who has the gold makes the rules.

Do we know?
This is like the pre-announcement speculation, only worse, because there's no evidence of anything at all.
