I was working at the park when the blackout happened. I was on the Giant Wheel crew and we had to push the bottom cars on the wheel and we had to wait until we could get enough people to help us. The people stuck on the ride were in good spirits for the most part. It took awhile to realize what a huge blackout it was and what a story it was. Our crew planned a crew party at Star Lanes and it was going to be our last crew party because several crew members were done the next day. Though the power was back before the time of the party we didn't have it. Needless to say that day will be a day I will never forget.
