That is a much bigger issue than abuse of an alternate access program. I’m sorry some of you had that experience with your supervisors/upper management. I sure hope you let HR know about that. Certainly any time my crew felt threatened by a guest, we would immediately call security with a description of the guest. Before they could get too far, security was usually there fairly quick.
