To All New Employees.....

Congratulations on being hired to work in the Best Amusement Park ever!!!!

You are about to embark (some of you already have) on the most amazing Summer you have ever experienced.

Remember to soak it all in. From the early morning hours to staying an hour after the park closes to clean your area. From the not so fun days to the nightlife, this is an experience you will never forget.

Also remember that while you are trying to enjoy your summer, the guests will be trying to enjoy theirs. While you may get asked 400 times a day where the restrooms are or what time the 10:00pm light show starts, it is important to remember that answering these questions for each and every guests will make their time at the Point more enjoyable!

I worked at the park in 2002, and I envy those who continue to work there. Have a great summer, and I'll be down to visit y'all.

thanks its crazy to think that every day you go you will see new faces from all over an a good 75% of them will be their first time there just really interesting if you think about it im super excited and i cant wait to start this summer i've heard alot of good things about working there an it just make me even more excited to start.

Beazer, just remember it's not all going to be fun and games....There will be, I promise, days that suck. But the good days far outweigh the bad days.

The secret is to not let the bad days get to you and don't take stuff personally. That's definitely easier for some people than others.

I kind of also think of it as not only being paid to do a specidic task but to make the guests happy too. So if ya have to put on a fake smile and answer a "stupid" question, then do it. Just think of yourself as an actor and lets things roll off your back. This is especially true in the middle of summer when your a little more tense but just go with the flow and enjoy yourself.
