TL/ATL Questions

Don't you just love a new employee who asks too many questions? Anyways, I read on CP's website that leadership positions may pay extra. My question is, do TL/ATL Ride Ops get extra pay?

Yes, all employees promoted to an TL/ATL position receieve a raise.

And please, ask as many questions as you like...the more you know about your job and Cedar Point before you go in, the better!

(Ride Operaters) TL's and ATL's don't get paid more than what some people may think... It also depends on the dept., some have a higher rate of pay... I agree with you Cat..Please ask questions, even if it's at the end of the day or season so you'll know for future reference..

Sometimes, I think that all TL's/ATL's wonder if what they're doing/putting up with is worth the small pay increase. But at the end of the day, you come to realize that it is all worth it, and that all the bumps in the road make you a better leader :)
