We got up at 6:00(am), left by 6:30, and were at the park by 9:30. The weather was perfect, and we were all excited to ride some coasters.
First Ride: Raptor. 20 Minute Wait.
After the lady working Raptor chose us to reroute the line through the entire queue area, my friend and I got on the last seat on Raptor. It was a great ride, and we really got whipped around back there. My favorite part of that ride is last barrel roll, then straight into the helix.

Second Ride: Blue Streak. Walk-on.
As my sister and her friend went to get coffee, Pete and I made a quick stop on Blue Streak. The only thing wrong with this ride were the two girls behind us screaming their lungs out. My hands were supposed to be up above my head. Instead, they were covering my ears.

Third Ride: Millennium Force. 60 Minute Wait.
Then we went strait to MF in hopes of getting a shorter line. After about an hour of waiting, we stepped into the red train. The fast smooth ride to the top provided us with great views of the park. And then.... you know the rest. The ride was unbelievable. Going through the hills and over-banked turns at such high speeds was so much fun. I didn't manage to make a cool face for the camera though because I didn't know it was in the tunnel.

Fourth Ride: Mantis. 25 Minute Wait.
We crossed the midway and got in line for Mantis. The sign said 1/2 hour, but we got on in 20 minutes. Once we got on the train, I got in trouble for bouncing. It was a pretty fun ride because of all of the changes in direction, and inversions. But I made the mistake of leaning my head forward instead of keeping it back. So every time we did change direction, I banged my head pretty hard. Other than the 10 minutes headache after, mantis was great.

Got some pizza.
Fifth Ride: Skyhawk. 20 Minute Wait.
After waiting under the very patriotic tents, we got on the right arm, facing the park. This ride was amazing. It felt so good when we swung forward and were looking at nothing but the sky. Then we swung back and looking straight down at the ground was even better.

Sixth Ride: Mean Streak. 15 Minute Wait.
Ugh. That's all I need to say. But I'll say more anyway. This coaster was terrible. It felt like I was being electrocuted the entire ride. My back started to hurt halfway through the ride from all of the bouncing. I tried keeping my hands up, but my elbow kept slamming into the side of the car. And my neck was killing me from all of the times we got whipped around. But other than that, the ride was great :). If Mean Streak were to get some new tracks it would be an awesome ride. But until then I will not be setting foot back into the wooden forest.

Seventh Ride: Gemini. 5 Minute Wait.
After a short wait, we were into the red train and ready to race
The ride was great, but not as smooth as I remember it being 3 years ago. Up on the banked turns where you could high-five the other train was where it was especially rough. Other than that, it was a fun ride, and we beat the blue train by 3 seconds.

Eighth Ride: Magnum XL-200. 10 Minute Wait.
After another short wait, we were into the Star Wars-like train and climbing the hill. It was great ride on the Magnum, and I didn't get any charley-horses from the bunny hills. I also have to say that the new paint job looks simply stunning. :)
Ninth Ride: Top Thrill Dragster. 60 Minute Wait.
This was not an enjoyable wait. It seemed like we were always the ones not under the tents and the misters very rarely blew on us. The line moved quickly though and finally we were next to get on. As we buckled into the back train we were starting to get just a little nervous (this was our first time on it). The train in front of us moved up and was launched. Then we moved into the launching position. It seemed like we sat there for 30 seconds as the light read "Keep arms down, head back, and hold on tight." Then red, red, yellow, green, and we were off. It was amazing. The best part was definitely the downward twist. I got the picture of me on the ride and it is hilarious.
*****
Tenth Ride: Power Tower. 5 Minute Wait.
We chose to go up because we've ridden Pitt Fall at Kennywood so many times. We got great seats facing the rest of the park. The best part was when we got to the top and rose above our seats for a second, before we fell back down.
****
Eleventh Ride: Iron Dragon. 5 Minute Wait.
There was really only one good part of this ride, and that was next to the TTD station where there was a quick drop and then a quick turn. Other than that this ride wasn't very good.
**
Twelfth Ride: Wicked Twister. 20 Minute Wait.
This line moved very slowly, but the ride was well worth it. Although we got the middle of the train and didn't get very far up either tower, it was still fun. We did get a good 180 on the 4th launch.

Thirteenth Ride: Maxair. 25 Minute Wait.
This was a fun ride, but very similar to Skyhawk. But it was a lot longer than Skyhawk. The only part I didn't like was the end where the swinging was pretty much over, but we were still spinning. That made me just a little sick.
***
Fourteenth Ride: Demon Drop. 5 minute wait.
We were ready to go, but with all the talk of Demon Drop being sold I felt I needed to ride it. It wasn't too exciting and a little rough after the turn. But I did like the 2 seconds of freefall.

Well yesterday was definitely a great day in the park. Perfect weather, short lines, and I rode everything I wanted to. Can't wait for next year's trip.
