(Sorry Anne, this has to be the abbreviated version, I got too tired to include all the "FUN" stuff from the drive, etc.)
CP Irvine and I teamed up for trip #3 of the season, first stopping off at SF(H)O... we'll skip that because we all know where the real fun goes down.
Once we got rained out, drove the who knows how long to CP and grabbed some food, it was time. We'd have 3 hours til close so it'd be a real crunch to get everything in. First took a spin on Exy, running pretty good for the weather being not so good!
"I wanna meet magnumdan!"
"When can we go on Mine Ride?"
We'd get to mine ride eventually, but first we both needed our fix on MF. Gotta love days with crappy weather, 15 minutes and we were on board! MF has yet to disappoint me this year after 11 rides.
"What's Millennium Force? It's the..."
"Anne can we PLEASE go on Mine Ride now??"
It was finally time for the big thrill of the day, over to Mine Ride for a few spins. Got to meet Natalie! She was so cool that I decided after another ride on Force to come back over for yet another trip on mine ride, minus Anne whose feet were *beyond* sore! And Natalie, thanks for the Snoopy Bubbles, they rock! After a day of overcast weather and dealing with the UGH operations of SFWoA, the 3 rides on Mine Ride really made my day :)
After talking for a bit, it was time for me to get back to MF as quick as possible for the ever important last ride of the night! 2 trips in a row now we've managed to get the last train.
So what was the better of the two park experiences for the day? How could it be anything BUT CP?! Thanks to CP Irvine for putting up with my antics and my "Symphony" on the way home and thanks to Natalie for the kickass bubbles- can't wait to come back and visit again, hopefully soon!
That's all for this time, thanks for reading!
