FYI, The "new for 2015" thread stopped working. I can't get to the latest posts on my tablet, phone or laptop.
2008 visits = 38, 2009 = 19, 2010 = 11, 2011 = 14, 2012 = 10, 2013 = 14, 2014 = 14, 2015= 13, 2016 = 11, 2017 = 5, 2018 = 3
Huh? I posted on page 64 but now I can only view up to page 63.
2008 visits = 38, 2009 = 19, 2010 = 11, 2011 = 14, 2012 = 10, 2013 = 14, 2014 = 14, 2015= 13, 2016 = 11, 2017 = 5, 2018 = 3
Yeah, I've noticed that lately. Using the "latest post" button will take me to a page beyond the range indicated on the page selector. It's only happened a few times so far.
Ignore my last post, I'm getting the issue now.

It's likely a very old bug introduced by doing "soft" deletes on posts. I had to delete a bunch of noise in that thread. It won't ever get fixed, as I don't even know if I have the code for this version of the forum readily available.

So will affected members ever be able to read the latest posts? If not maybe it should be closed and create a "continued 2015" thread.

"Noise" :)
Gotcha.. Thanks for the explanation, Jeff. It does make it hard to get to the latest posts without that "latest post" button. I do understand it's not easy to fix without the source though..
Nevermind. It's working LOL. Thanks Jeff, It is nice to have some insight into the "behind the scenes" workings of the site.

That has happened to me before on different threads.

I hope the ads served do generate enough revenue to not only run the site, but hopefully to make a profit. The way ads are currently served on this site is very tasteful, and very unobtrusive. The ads do not block the content, and they tend to be relevant based on your browsing habits.
As much as people complain about Google and similar companies tracking your internet usage, in some ways, this tracking helps create a better experience. I like seeing ads for things I might actually buy, as opposed to the crap that used to show up in ads all over the web.
I was curious Jeff, does Safari's Power Save feature (which can shut off Flash) prevent you from getting paid for for flash-based ads on your site? When I went up to the top of the page to actually look at the ads, I noticed one was hidden due to that power-save feature.
