The webcam page is gone!

It must be Gatekeeper testing. We have known for a while now that it would start the first week in April and it probably was a good idea to turn the cams off for the worst possible outcome of the testing.

your excatly right! Besides if the webcams were still available and fans were watching gatekeeper test and something malfunction..Cedar Point would not want anyone to see that occur and would possibly make people not want to ride it

Yea, but it's funnier to see peoples reaction to them being gone while a beautiful, new coaster does its first test runs.:)

Kings Island webcams down, also.

I can see why everyone is upset about the webcams not being there. Like me, it's something I check at least a couple times a day so not having that available is like not having your smartphone for a day. I don't have a smartphone, but you get the idea. ;)

Whrn do you guys think the webcams will be back up?

Since Gatekeeper has completed it's first test run, maybe tomorrow?

Kings Island's have been down for a month or so at this point...

KI's have been down since Jan 21st.

You guys have it all wrong. The webcams are down so that they can gain tons of empirical data for you on how fast they can get Windseeker evacuated when it gets stuck.

I imagine, if you have a FastPass - they get you down first though.

^ Fast Lane Plus first.....then the cheap bastards that only bought Fast Lane....then, after lunch, they will consider getting "the others" down! ;)

It actually makes more sense to keep the FL & FL+ up there because they already have the $ they would have spent on $3 Cokes and value priced food.

The webcam link is still at the bottom but it's just disable. My guess is when they get pass the critical part of the Gatekeeper testing then those webcam links would be activaded again. until then we have to make do on what we got.I know this is hard to do after gotten so used to having those webcams on the gatekeeper constuction site all last winter. Park wants to have a positive outlook for their new coaster. J ust think when we see entrance & the gatekeeper plaza again they will be all done or at least close to it. remember it won't be long now. just little over a month.
