The Bugs...

Why didn't you just say F-it and swallow that sucka. ;)

I've never gotten a bug in my mouth, but the rain is extremely painful but fun. My friend and I got on it right when it started to pour and we had red dots all over our arms and stuff.

The bugs taste nasty. Trust me, I know.

the first time i ever rode MF i did it in the rain in the front seat in 2000 since then it hasnt been quite as good as that first time; however its still my favorite ride of all time, and i have also test ridden it in the rain, when i felt like it was about 20 degrees below zero (actually it was in the 40's) and that actually made it hurt more than that freak summer rain in 2000 when i rode it the first time

I have never gotten hit by a bug on MF, The only time i have ever gotten hit by bugs, was one time 2 summers ago, I rode Raptor at dusk in the front row. And when i came back i got to wip a couple off my face.

You know you've had a good night front seat ride when you leave with a white shirt and return with the front of it black. I had to keep my hands over my face, but it was among the better of my 35 front seat rides.

I once operated Intamin Megacoaster Goliath (europe) and when one train returned to the station, a dead bird of some sort was stuck between the track and a front wheel, I could´nt recognise what species it was...

My roomie was on her first ride ever on Iron Dragon many years ago and a bird hit the front of their car and blood and feathers got all over them... (unrelated to MF I know, but related to hitting birds) Gross... :)

it is most fun going during may, during the rain. 5 minute wait, little needles...must say its fun. The bugs in may, they are not as bad ad GTTP says it is, or at least i dont think so. Ride in the rain, lots of fun...i rode 15 times in a row, 3 hours. Mantis in the rain actually feels worse, that is is your in the front seat, you cant stop the rain:)
