The Announcemnt You've been waiting for

On Geauga Lake's main page they have the date they are going to announce what they are doing for 2005. Just thought you might want to know

And you couldn't post that date here for what reason?

Wow. There's a lot of sarcasm on this board. All joking aside I hope its a 2005 coaster. It would be nice to see them add a new one considering it hs been about 4 years.

Hey! Michigan's Adventure needs a new one first! Take a ticket and get in line, GL.

Now that the water/sewer debate has been settled, MiAdv is ready to grow.

Exactly. I think MIA should get a couple giga coasters, a floorless, and a flier first. ;)

Haha Jeff your really a funny one... *** Edited 10/9/2004 3:59:56 AM UTC by TTD***

I would all the money ive ever made that they are reopening see world, or atleast opening something that has to do with animals. I dont think they will get a hyper coaster until 2006.

Didn't Cedar Fair say in the press report when they bought GL that they were staying away from animials because it wasn't in their area of expertise?

Let's see if Paramount Parks can give better names for the rides!

Well put it this way, since it say that this is "the announcement you've been waiting for," it is either gonna be a hyper coaster, or some type animal exhibit. I really want it to be a hyper coaster, but I HIGHLY doubt that they will get one next year. I think that they worked a deal to re-open sea world. Thats just my opinion.

Well what else have we been "waiting for" The roller coaster lovers have been waiting for a hyper coaster for year. The general public have wanted would want sea world to be braught back. And those are the only two things that i can think of that "we've been waiting for" so if it is not one of those things, then can you fill me in on what it could be ?

Sean M. Cole

uhh i have a confession to make, i havent been to GL this entire year, the bad thing is i live about 23-24 miles away, i did go to cedar point this year a hyper would really draw me too the park though...

I don't get the slogan. I don't think anyone has been waiting for what they plan to do, but it will go a long way in improving the park.

Word around the campfire is that they're updating the kiddie section of the waterpark.

Personally, I'd like to see a replacement for Mr Hyde, but that's just me.
