Thanks guys!

I've had the good fortune to go to CP twice this month (I usually only get to go once a year). Both times I went, the park was really clean, ride ops were friendly and quick (esp. the Mantis crew - that was a pleasant suprise), and the food people were fast and friendly.

Great job, everybody. I even thanked a few sweepers when I was there.

I think you guys (employees in general) really earned CP their Best Amusement Park award this year. It helps to have great management (Kinzel, etc), but you everyday employees have a very noticable love for your job and park, and that reflects in your work. So thanks again!

  Thanks for the compliment. It always means a lot to me when people applaude the job that we do. most people don't take the time to realize just how hard we really are working.

Thanks again Ken.  It really did make my day when someone came up and said thanks or told me they apreciated our hard work.  Most people don't seem to have the time for that, but I was thankful for the few who did.  It can even turn a bad day around sometimes.  We work hard because we love seeing the happy faces coming off of the rides.

2001 Magnum Crew

I love you guys. I always try to make eye contact, smile and say thank you.  I must admit, it has always been a fantasy of mine to be a ride op an a big coaster, such as MF....all the people's faces filled with anticipation and whatnot, oh well.....And why all the focu on Mantis's crew? I'm sure that must be a tough ride to work on, with the funky harnesses and people not standing correctly....I applaud the Mantis crew for a job well done....seeya at MM

I agree.  The employees, every one of them, do a great job!  They all have a great attitude and pride for the park.  I am always impressed with this after working there for  months, doing the same job, and dealing with people who can be both dumb and mean.

To keep that attitude and professionalism is a great and rare thing.  Other than WDW, I have yet to be treated in a park as well as I do at Cedar Point.

After a ride or an enounter with the staff, I always thank them.
