Thank you to all the wonderful and friendly staff members of Cedar Point! My wife & I just returned home from CoasterMania and want to let you know you are doing a great job. All the ride attendants were very friendly, smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves and their jobs.

The park is so nice and clean, keep up the good work. If you could let the landscaping/grounds keeping staff know, all the flowers look beautiful and truly highlight a wonderful park.

Now, for some constructive criticism. There were a few food service workers whose attitudes were not in the right place. They acted put upon when we ordered something and others just did not even want to be working there. If that is true, please go work some place else. Preferably not in the food service/customer service industry. Leave the bad attitude at home.

Please note these were isolated incidents and not the overall atmosphere of most of the employees. But after having managed a restaurant for the last 4 years, one negative experience by a guest will be relayed to 15-20 other people. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!

Thank you to those of you who made CoasterMania 2007 such a wonderful experience. We appreciate the extra attention you showed to those of us wearing the lanyards. It did not go unnoticed.
