And when your dropping 1.2 million a year for the CEO, and 21 million for a new ride you should pay at least minimum wage, its not like its a family owned cafe that makes no money, it a multi billion dollar company!

This is my thought all along. I'm for the family/small business exceptions, not a company that pays its CEO that kind of a wage. I'm not debating whether his job is worth that or not. I really don't know & frankly am not interested to find out his job description. But exceptions should be for the little guys, not corporate, stock investment type companies.

It used to be you had to have top grades to get a CP job. Now they can't even fill the positions w/o going overseas? How many responsible, hard working college kids are going to forgo the summer job at the point to make more needed tuition/book money elsewhere?

Cedar Point will be giving less of an advantage for employees to stay till the end of their contract if they cut the bonus back. This means that people nearing their end of their contract that are burnt out will be more likely to quit. They have enough trouble nearing the end of the season with lack of employees as it is.

I think that it will end up being a bad decision on their part. They already have enough trouble as it with staffing.
