Sweep Questions for school project...

My name is Gary and I am currently attending Ohio University and I am in their MBA program. We are doing a group project and have chosen to focus on CP. In particular- the Sweeps. I find it very interesting that a summer/part time position means so much to an organization. Perception is huge and you are vital. Please don't feel like you need to respond to all the questions- any insight is greatly appreciated!!!
1. What do you find most rewarding about the job (pay, customers, etc...)?
2. What is the difference between a good Sweep and great Sweep?
3. How do you stay motivated to do what you do?
4. Are you ranked by performance in some formal way? If so, how?
5. What are the basic rules of being a Sweep?
6. If you could change/enhance something about the Sweep role, what would it be and why?
