How difficult is it to get a supervisory job at Cedar Point if you have never worked there before, but have prior management experience.

I was thinking park operations, but it is really just a general question.

Well keith let me tell you something. I'm 18 just graduating high school and I'm a supervisor..Its not park operations but its in Food Services(Charlie Brown's Cookout). Its not that hard if you've had expirience, you just have to let them know how much you've had and that your willing to work hard for them.

And on the flipside, Ride Operations supervisors basically DON'T get hired from outside - you have to have worked at CP before to get initially hired for leadership in ride operations for the most part. Not saying they won't promote once they see you work, but at first...
