Eww, I had to use Internet Explorer to see the clip. I don't really see anywhere that would point to the layout in that clip being the layout for 2007, but maybe that's just me.
Honestly I didnt either, but people wanted to look and I wasnt busy!! :)
and for the internet explorer if you have firefox you can download the plugin for windows media. just search it on google.com *** Edited 5/31/2006 12:29:46 AM UTC by cedarpoint24/7***
Inquisitive thinking! ;)
That DIY roller coaster was absolutely hysterical. When he went through the loop the whole coaster moved and bended! I found it pretty wierd for them to say Son of Beast is often closed. The only time I've seen it closed in a couple years is the re-tracking and for weather.

Summer was made for a Cedar Point day~
Was the home crafted Roller Coaster the one here in Indiana? Where it drops off his roof and through the loop? The Blue Flash is the name of it...
Id like to ride it someday, just to get the unique credit...
And if you want to see a homemade wood coaster... Check this one out...

OK we need to take a step back and think about how an aircraft carrier launches an airplane off the deck.
It uses steam.
The answer is no.
It's no because it's not cost effective. It would cost a ridiculous amount more money to run a steam generating turbine than it does to send it off at 120 mph using hydraulics. The reason they can't use hydraulics on an aircraft carrier is because an airplane weighs a little more than one of the trains on dragster. *** Edited 6/6/2006 1:54:56 AM UTC by Loopy***
