Putting part time or full time will not make a difference because its seasonal anyways and you will work 50+ hours a week anyways/

I got hired today and was told that they do drug testing, is that true or just something they say to scare you??

They do a drug test when you process in expect for in foods and maybe a few others and then they can do randoms throughout the season.

Why is that? You going to fail the test? You could just quit now and you will be fine.

You can quit a month before you get hired and you would still be fine.

Noo... Not because of the drug test but because they havent contacted me yet.

Oh give them time they will contact you soon. This was their first week of phone calls and it takes a while.

I'm in the same boat Green. No worries though. They have hundreds of phone calls to make and it was only the first week. We'll get ours soon enough I'm sure ;)

Ryan is right. I was in the same boat last year. You have no worries. It might not happen immediately like some people but it will happen soon. Just dont stress too much about it.

The managers are extremely busy this time of year with all the phone calls, placements, manuals, and many other items. I was freaked out last year too and I'm pretty sure I left about 4 voicemails on Oz's (Matt's) voicemail after I missed my first call. Everyone else I'd been talking to had gotten hired and I still never got that phone call until about 5 days after his initial call. I know it's hard to be patient when it's something exciting as this, but it's so worth it!

Ok I need some help guys. :( I dont want a pain for everyone but I just really thought I would have been contacted by now. My application was reviewed by the manager of challenge park on Jan 31st. Today is Feb 4. Now at the top of the page when I go into jobnet it says job choice 2. Also is the full time part time thing a big deal because someone said it is and someone else said it isnt a big deal whether or not you have full time or part time listed in your app. Thanks in advance.

You could always try emailing the person who reviewed your application and tell them that you really are available full time and made a mistake on your application.

Everyone needs to stop freaking !!! I mean be patient all the managers are busy so you will get your call. Its only the end of Feb and they still have a month to hire everyone plus there is like hundreds of people they got to call. Take a chill pill and relax a lil.
