What Pete said +1,
I'm pretty sure that's plastered all over most every available as space in the entire park and every CF website.
You are correct once again. You know, I have seen every one of them, but I am still looking for the one that says even in fine print, if you "don't like it don't buy it" I guess they feel that brilliant idea goes without saying, but I will keep looking for you any way.

Why should the park have to tell anyone "don't like, don't buy it"? That's just simple common sense.

Wow! I thought the sarcasm was evident
I agree with some of the comments on here about adding an all drink plan to the season pass.
The only thing I could see why Cedar Fair wouldn't do that, is because of costs i.e. paper cups vs "free" souvenir bottles (if that is true that Coke does give those to the parks for free).
We leave our cup with a non rider. If I happen to go by myself, I leave the bottle in my car until I need it.
Cedar Point, Americas rip- rockin', high flyin', sky defyin', record breakin' roller coast
There's also a much higher likelihood of abuse of the the system if you hand out an unlimited number of new paper cups to an all-season drink plan holder to simply hand out to all their friends or even sell to people for a buck.
You even read on this forum, people that will wait at the ticket gate to grab random pass holders to buy discount tickets with people they've never met.
Do not underestimate the level people will sink too.

They could set it up to get only one drink every 30 minutes. That would be sufficient to quench anyone's thirst while cutting back on abuse of the system.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
I love how after going to 14 different parks, the only one who sells these cups doesn't have a place for you to put them. They either have cupholders inside or outside of the storage bins.
The thing that kills me about Cedar Point is how they try to cram these things down your throat but offer no place to store them for free. I had a kid ask me several times if I wanted to buy another one while I was getting a refill on the one I already had. Even other Cedar Fair Parks offer free storage for them. That's why I allowed myself to buy one at Dorney Park. Hersheypark also allows you to store your cups.
When I purchased my season pass for Kentucky Kingdom, last fall, it included free drinks. They scan my pass, I get a free 20 oz cup of pop every hour or so. Holiday World has free drink stations set up all over the place and still managed to build a $20 million coaster last year and do an awesome job rehabbing The Legend this past winter.
As far as I'm concerned, after visiting so many other parks, Cedar Point is one of the worst at nickel and diming us.
Six Flags uses the same lockers as Cedar Point, BUT, depending on the park, you may either pay $1 for a 2 hour locker at each ride, or , you may buy a pass that allows you to transfer to as many different lockers as you want. I believe Great Adventure charged $8 and New England only charged $5. You just couldn't leave your locker for more than 2 hours. This system would stop me from complaining about their souvenir cup policy in a heartbeat. But, they won't do it because they are the queen of getting every penny out of you that you can, more so then any other park I visited this summer, so far.

To be precise, you're not getting free soda pop; you're just paying for it elsewhere, so to speak. If I recall correctly, Holiday World determined how much guests were spending on soda pop, rounded that number up to the nearest dollar, and raised the ticket prices into the park by that amount. Every guest is "buying" soda pop whether they drink it or not.
I'm a Marxist, of the Groucho sort.
Plus Cedar Fair just reported record revenues again today.... Keep buying/replacing those cups and renting lockers kids, it's working.
Gotta pay for that MS / RMC somehow :)
