Starlight?

Is Cedar Point still fun when you go using the Starlight tickets (only allowed in park after 5pm)? Is it worth it based on how many people are there and how long the lines are? Thank you for your help.

It depends on the day.

Is it worth it on 4th of July? Probably not.

Is it worth it in early June when hours are expanded but kids still in school? Probably.

A few years ago, my wife and I decided to try Starlight. The tickets were less expensive, and my wife only likes to hit the smaller rides. Our kids at the time were staying with their cousins for a week, so it was just us, trying to do something together.

It was kinda fun showing up at 5pm, everyone in the park looked exhausted (They had a long day ya know). We were filled with energy because we were not walking around all day.

I believe we hit Raptor right off the bat, like a 30-45 min. wait. Then the rides she likes. Disaster transport, Calypso, and Troika.

We may have even stayed for the Fireworks that night, can't remember.

Never the less, we got a fun 5 hours in. It is really amazing how much you can get done in that short of time there.

If you live within 1 1/2 hours from the park, it is a nice thing to do.

GATEKEEPER-I came, I rode, I was mildly disappointed; until a second ride (rear left) put GateKeeper back on the...it's a nice ride list.

Okay thank you guys. I have always wanted to go by myself and I think this would be better than going early and leaving early, not staying the whole time, and not getting all my money's worth. Thanks for the help.
