staff jacket?

I work at Knotts and I was wondering if anyone could get me one? I pay for it and the shipping.

Why do you need a Cedar Point staff jacket if you work at Knotts?

Goodbye MrScott

If no one can help you here, check EBay, there are usually some staff jackets for sale there.

Cedar Point, Americas rip- rockin', high flyin', sky defyin', record breakin' roller coast

I saw one on ebay but some one out bid me on it, I work 5am to 130pm at knotts so I use jackets a lot I am one of the openers,

I purchased a staff hat this summer on E=Bay. Then some tyrannical games supe started interrogating me when I was carrying a family member's stuffed animal when they rode on Raptor. CP needs to lighten up.

Well that is one of the things that CP emphasizes a lot to their employees - that you're not allowed to play the games, period. You looked like an employee. Whatev.

Maybe if you didn't wear part of an employee's uniform to the park, they wouldn't think you were an employee?

I know when I worked there. When off Duty you were not allowed to wear any item that said Cedar Point Staff. And why? For that excat reason walt said.

I'm still having a hard time figuring out why anyone would be interested in buying our employee uniforms and accessories. If you want the merchandise that bad then consider filling out an application, and actually work in the park. I don't mean to sound harsh, but wouldn't it mean a lot more if you could actually say that you worked at the park?

^ Amen!

I do work for a Cedar Fair park, I would love to work at cedar point but I live in SoCAL, I have been working at knotts for four years, and we get no off season like you guys do.

Believe me...the off season isn't spectacular. I would much rather work at a year round park. Finding strictly winter employment isn't the easiest thing to do. I would work at a ski resort, but there really aren't too many around the area.

Well you can work for Cedar Point, just take a summer off from Knotts. I'm sure you wouldn't have much of a problem getting employed by Cedar Point, and Cedar Point will provide you with housing.

The jacket you were looking at was a supervisor's (or higher) one from the mid 1970's. Regular staff were not issued those. They got green rubberized canvas raincoats. Peons could purchase CP sweatshirts from the gift shops to wear, with approval of the ride foreman and zone supervisor. Uniform pieces were much different then than what was sold to the gp, do there was no confusion as to who was an employee and who was not (besides the haircuts usually gave us away).

I think its part of a terrorist plot!!!

Kinda random, but when I was at Geuaga Lake this past summer, there was a mechandise store actually selling employee clothing - as in unifrorms. I was kinda staggered, and more like WTF? But they had a Gueuga Lake Supervisor polo for $5, and whats $5 when you work at Cedar Point? So becuase it was such an odd item to see, plus the only one left, I bought it. Doubtful I'll ever wear that shirt, nor need to. Just for proof that there are some odd ways of making money in an amusement park.
