Holy crap, Craig. The guy just asked if there was such a thing.
He wasn't complaining about there not being one.

How many people aren't worried about getting a dent or scratch on their car? This is the real world, dents and scratches happen.

He wants Fancy Gentleman parking for his fancy gentleman automobile. Why is that so hard for you guys to understand? Fancy gentlemen such as himself enjoy the finer things in life and don't want to park with a bunch of white trash low lifes. ;)
Hell if I had a Ferrari I'd be worried about those things too. I guess it's the chance you take when owning a car like that. Either that or you can be like an old Italian man and just drive it on Sundays.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
If I could afford a car like that, I would like to think I could afford to fix a scratch. Also if I could afford a car like that, I would not be staying at Breakers Express:)
^ ROFL!!! I was thinking the same thing. Dude buys a Ferrari and stays at the cheapy resort? That's actually quite funny. If you want preferred parking, it's in the marina lot and you get to park there if you buy the VIP experience. I'm guessing if you can afford a Ferrari, you can afford VIP.
Some parks have preferred parking, at an additional cost. Kings Island and Kennywood immediately come to mind.

If you're worried about getting a dent or scratch on your "nice, shinny, exotic car" why are you driving it. I don't get it, CP's parking lot is no different than parking at your local supermarket. You're driving on the same road as the 16 y/o who just got their license and the 88 y/o who can't see anything without those GIANT sunglasses. Do you want a special lane too?

Nice to see that it took not one but two edits for you to get your smartass comment made. Just because you don't care what happens to your Geo Metro doesn't mean that others don't care about the things they work hard for.
And ... you try fitting groceries in a Ferrari ... ;)

I'm 27 years old, wanted a Ferrari since I was 11. I've worked my butt off since I was 15 to be able to purchase one. What's wrong with that? I never said I thought I was better than anyone, nor did I call anyone white trash, or a low life. I simply asked a question to help me decide which vehicle I should drive next weekend.

Last I checked, we all go to Cedar Point because of the roller coasters, not the hotel.

Why go to a "nicer" hotel if I'll only be there long enough to sleep?
And yes, I can afford the VIP and was hoping to do that during HalloWeekends this year as long as I can get the time off work to go.
My original question has been answered. There's no need to continue this topic.

Which is exactly why I posted this question to begin with.
Wow, did you guys get into my pills again?

TN Coaster Nut, you shouldn't drive that fine car to CP. You see CP is on a Great Lake, specifically Lake Erie, and its parking lot is infested with seagulls. The odds of being spalted are extremely high. Just check out pictures of Raptor on this site and others.*
Disclaimer: While this message was delivered with some sarcasm its content is 100% true.
my 2006 black Cadillac gets targeted by seagulls 2-3 times per trip.
And Raptor's new paint job a few years ago didn't last very long. Maybe they should just paint the Raptor white and then the seagull droppings will blend right in :) It's really just the lift hill supports that seem to get pelted the most with the white poo.
Dents happen. A year ago some idiot ran into my 2002 Malibu (not fancy but very cool for my first new car that I paid for myself) and what looked like minor damage cost my insurance company $1900 to fix. If you really want priority parking, go to Universal Orlando where priority parking is plenty.

My new Truck got dented in the Breakers parking lot.**** happens. It's a part of life. You can't just leave it in the driveway to admire.
I say take it
park up front
and pray ;)

It looks like everyone agrees that you should take your wife's Lexus.
God forbid. It's going to be so horrible for you.
Can I pay a little extra for I don't have to share a parking lot with those other cars of less "value" of mine?

Who's the smartass?
First I don't have Geo Metro (thanks for guessing though), second, when did I say I don't care what happens to my car.
You might work hard for your "exotic" car, but what about us who work hard for we can have a car. You're saying because our car doesn't look nice we don't care what happens to it.
You're the ass. *** Edited 5/7/2007 1:59:40 AM UTC by Gomez***

Why is everyone saying a ding and a scratch there is alright? It's not, if people actually cared about other peoples property we wouldn't have to worry where we park. Would you want you brand new car to get a nice door ding a week after you got it?
Ride On
^Um no. We're saying dings happen and many are accidental. You can't prevent them from happening. The only way to 100% get away from any kind of damage is keeping it inside your garage and not touching it. But then you have a giant hunk of metal in your garage that's useless, because you're so worried about it.
