Found out that they are for sure removing the space spiral the same way a tree is to be removed. They are letting it fall in the area where disaster transport is because the concrete they are breaking up anyways. They are doing this because they have no room for a crane to remove it properly. They are cutting it in 4ths and letting it fall towards the lake!
Exactly what I was thinking. But it was confirmed today. I know there are going to be a lot people who don't believe it but that's the best part.
What do you mean "confirmed"? I didn't see a press release from the park.
Lil CP, you have yet to tell as where you got the information. As cool and interesting it would be to watch, I highly doubt the park would that. Besides the foundation of the ride is meant to stop it from falling over so there's no way it would be possible.

As far as that goes I cannot tell you exactly who I got the information from, being they haven't released it publicly yet. Like I said a tree is also in the ground with roots so it does not fall over. They are cutting it in 4ths.
that dosnt make sense. you just said they couldn't get a crane in to take it out, but they would need a crane to cut it into 4ths... please don't troll. thanks.

Cutting it in fourths. So...basically...taking it apart one chunk at a time from the top? Many trees are removed that way; they're not all fell like in a clear-cut forest. And you're telling us a crane can't fit? Maybe they're putting it in a location currently occupied by DT.
Maybe this troll was just removed from inside DT.

Last time I checked, trees aren't held in the ground by solid concrete.

There's no way they can guarantee that the pieces would fall in the DT area. Why would they cut through a tower, that's built in pieces that can be removed from eachother a lot easier than cutting through it?
I refuse to believe this until I see it officially from the park.
I find it interesting that Lil CP just joined PB today and is posting this "inside" info.
