Does anybody know when they will be doing phone interviews for Guest Accomadations??

I would think you will get a phone call or an email within a week or two. If you don't get a call by early February, I'd call the job line at 1-800-668-JOBS and ask for an interview. You could also find out when the next job fair is in Sandusky and drive out to the park and do a in-person interview.
