So... what are those circles on the nametags?

I've always wondered... what do the circles under some of the employee name tags mean.

When they are filled in bronze I take it that means they have been certed. in something.

I'm guessing the first one is First Aid but I can't figure out the others.

Awwwww man, I think I got dain bramage!

Those circles are the different sessions of certification for Food services. Unlike other divisions in the park, Food services has classroom, and preparation sessions, and when you complete all 4 sessions, you become Bronze Certified. I don't know all the sessions, but my roommate had one and he only got as far as the classroom session on his.

Ok, from what I've figured out, it's all extra training.

the circles are for foods training. for red tags the first is safety, next is job specific, next is park knowledge/guest service, and last is grooming. they are different for blue and double blue tags.
