Which do you guys think is better, working right in the park or place outside, like hotel breakers?

That's hard to compare. It really depends on what kind of work you enjoy doing. i've worked as both a ride op in the park as well as a reservations clerk at Breakers. Overall i liked the resorts more. I got along with my bosses a lot better and I had a better experience, but it's always fun to go home at the end of the season and tell friends you operated a coaster.
