Snoopy was a TV show? I thought the peanuts were just in weird little holiday movies.
Let's Get Weird.
I forgot to mention the movies, but I remember watching a TV show too.

The whole thing is done. They're re-theming the park, and they're going to have a grand re-opening next spring. The new opening will be special because it will introduce up to 6 new rides. Two of which will be a Eurofighter (Taking place of the mystery mine ride), and a 70 ft. tall drop tower (Taking place of the fountain in the middle possibly). No other details have been confirmed, but they are trying to put in a kiddie bumper cars. Hope this helps ya'll.

I believe Valleyfair07 is referring to Mall of America, getting back to the original topic.

I didn't mention it earlier, but of course my vote goes to Snoopy. Nobody is going to remember that stupid sponge in 10 years when the next hot children's fad comes along.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
You'd be surprised. Snoopy is still here, his specials replayed several times a year despite his comic strip not printing since 2000. He's one of the most recognized faces in the country (along with the entire Peanuts gang). He won't be going anywhere anytime soon.
Goodbye MrScott

They're playing off the parents at this point, the ones who grew up watching and reading the Peanuts.
Now, once that era is exhausted, they'll most likely HAVE to make a change.

Thing is, there's a lot of us that grew up on Peanuts. And I'm younger than you.

My fiance's daughter keeps talking about Snoopy ever since making her first trip to Cedar Point last year. She absolutely loves that dog. She was four when she went to the park last year (five now) and she had never seen a Peanuts special before. However, she really wants to see Snoopy again.
We are making a trip to Cedar Point without her this year. However, I'm trying to find a time to get her to Michigan's Adventure this summer so that she can see her favorite dog friend again.
...and enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point, The Am-aaaa-zement park!
