Smallest crowds by the numbers

I'm planning a trip to CP. Based on previous years experience, which day ought to have the lowest attendance, and smallest crowds?

• Wed. Aug. 13 (would "unlucky" 13 keep crowds away?)
• Sunday, Aug. 17 (one day after a "crowded Saturday")
• Saturday, Aug. 23 (some schools have started by this date)
• Sunday, Aug. 31 (Labor Day weekend)
  

To be honest, none of us can tell you what the crowds will be like on any given day. There are too many variables.

Just remember, a day at Cedar Point is better than a day at work.

I would try the Wednesday, because it's in the middle of the work week. That is what my crystal ball is telling me. ;)

The NAM says Aug 13, but the GFS doesn't agree and says the 23rd. European models showing Aug 17.

My guess would be to go sunday the 17th. Every day will be busy, there are no smallest crowds in the summer, unless it rains. Sarurday and Monday are always busiest, and for the rest of the days its hard to tell crowds after July. Usually sunday's are least crowded.

Why, oh why do these topics still come up every single day?

I've had real good luck with Tuesdays and Wednesdays - Just don't come on the same ones I do ;)
