Hello,
My name is TJ, and I'm on the Sky Ride crew this season. I'm interested in meeting my fellow crew-mates.
I'll start with myself. I'm currently on break from college(Wayne State University) studying Information Technology/Computer Tech. and a resident of Michigan(Downriver area). My interests include exercising, all forms of sports, generally hanging out with friends, and the occasional video-game. I'm really laid back, and low-maintenance so I can't imagine not getting along with anyone, even if they don't get along with me!
I've been a life-long patron of Cedar Point, with my all-time favorite ride being the Millennium Force, but don't get me wrong, after a long day of excitement, I love relaxing on the Sky Ride! Even though this is a job, it's also something more, as it's a place that has brought me joy, and in turn I get to do the same.
Just a little about me, and now your turn.
See ya this Summer!

Just so you know, Sky Ride is probably one of the hardest and most physical rides to work in the park, especially while running 38 cabins. That being said, I love working Sky Ride, it's really fun and fast paced and time goes by relativity fast.
Your TL is Lauren Herrera and ATL's are John Buffa and Marissa Lennox. All GREAT people. I'm sure I'm going to come and visit you guys at some point from the bird!
2010: Millennium Force & Mantis
2011: Raptor
2012: Raptor, Sky Ride and Wicked Twister
2013: Co-Team Leader of Sky Ride
2014: Supervisor of Slingshot/Skyscraper
Hey! This is my first year working at Cedar Point! Im so stoked to work down there this summer! I am also working the sky ride. I am from Michigan as well. I am from Milford, a small town near Ann Arbor.
I look forward to meeting the whole crew!

Hardest and most physically demanding ride you say? Perfect! ;)

Also one of the easiest rides to get an operational or hurt, but that's another story.
You'll have four positions if you're running 38 (maximum cabins).
Trip where you'll be responsible for double locking the doors and gently placing the cabins into trip (it locks the cabin onto the wire).
Load and unload. Pretty much self explanatory.
Catch, where well, you catch the cabins so that they don't derail. It's my personal favorite position.

It's all fun and games until someone gets 99'd
99'd: [Cabin]You=[Cabin]
It's a AWESOME ride! You'll have a Kickass time at SkyRide.
