Sky Ride 2007

So who's going to be on my crew this season at Sky Ride? I'll be your TL, Travis, 3rd season at Sky Ride. Don't worry if you're contracted for it, its not as bad as people make it out to be on these forums. Just be prepared to do a little bit of real work, unlike most other rides. It is a lot of fun and I promise you won't get bored until late in the season when we go to running 20 or 26 cabins all day... But thats really late in the season. So if you're on my crew, let me know! And if you want to chat, IM me on AIM at DedicatedAirman or SkyRideTravis.

I can't wait for the season to start. I'm looking forward to working with a couple guys from last years crew again, and I look forward to meeting the rest of my crew (and finding out who my ATLs are.)

Travis! So you're coming back? TL now, huh? Sweet! Skyride isn't that bad. I know I bashed it earlier, but it can be very fun. You can ride a cabin right to the cafeteria - a definite plus! Time goes by extremely fast there as well. The golden rule is don't get flustered if people are going too slow - just close the door and put them in the next one. Great to hear you're coming back, Travis! See you in May!

It looks official. My crew consists of me and my good friend Thomas. We will run 5 cabins, and shut down while we run breaks, since we will have nobody at one station. Also, 2 days a week the ride will be closed. They will be the days he or myself have off. There will also be 2 periods of time where the ride does not operate all week, when I have contracted time off. Looks like it will be a great season, we might be able to break 50,000 riders!

So nobody is going to be working with me or Thomas? I promise we won't let you get hit by a stray cabin if either of us are at catch.
