Signed Employment Agreement

I'm a bit concerned about processing in on monday, April 18th. I called & talked with somebody in human resources last week & found out that I'll have the job. Then friday, one of my supervisors called me and asked if i could start on monday. So...I said yes & now I'm reading an email about bringing a SIGNED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT with me for processing in. Well...am I supposed to get document in the mail or should i print the stuff on the website & sign it? There isn't a place to sign it either! Plus the offices are closed until 8:00 A.M. on monday so I can't call them :-( hopefully they'll understand if i don't show up with the right thing. Everything is just moving very quickly & I want to make sure it all goes as smoothly as I can make it.

HR should send you a contract to sign in the mail. If you don't have that/can't find it/whatever, I would print the infomation from jobnet and take that to HR with you on Monday and they might be able to help you. You don't have to process in RIGHT AT eight AM so you could just call in the morning before you go.

seeing as your process in date is pretty close to when you found you will be working at cp... they havent sent you your contract (employment agreement) just show up.. give them your name/soc ect, you'll be all set

my first year i was hired and processed in 7 days later leaving no time for anything to get from ohio to mass... i signed everything when i got there

That happened to me too this year. Steve asked me to come in earlier and he sent me out a new contract but it was wrong. But the new one wouldn't make it here in time and I live 20 minutes from the park. Look and see if on the bottom of website where your contract is and see if it says pick up at HR. Sometimes they are changed on the web and HR can look there and then have you sign the new one. Either way have them call the person who hired you on that day.

Hey guys, I was hired back in January, so I got my contract in 2 weeks and just mailed it back in with the tax form they gave me. I still have the yellow copy, should I bring that or am I good?

bring it... if you get there after hr closes and have to process into housing w/out your id you'll need your contract to get in
