Shows at Cedar Point

I was just wondering who designs the shows at Cedar Point. Do they hire people from the outside, or do they all work year around for the Live Entertainment division?

It's a staff of full time/year round people AT Cedar Point.

Kinda add's that "home grown" feeling to a show and makes those IAAPA awards, all the more meaningfull..

Herbie Donald is in charge of the design staff. He and his team work year round for the designing of the costumes, they start production as early as Feb. As far as I understand they make most everything and occasionally contract outside people (ie: the famous glitter shorts in CHL)
