Should I be worried?

should i be worried if i emailed debra, area 1 manager, and left her a phone message on Thursday and I have not heard anything back? I really want to be a part of a ride crew and I feel the longer I don't hear back, the smaller my chances are. Is that true? Should I be worried?

No you shouldn't be worried and you shouldn't have e-mailed or called. They have a lot going on right now and they are focusing on returning employees and leadership. Yes, there are a few first years that have gotten called but only a few.

I understand that a few first years have gotten called. I had my interview on Thursday with Debra. But thanks, it does help a little to know she will eventually get back to me.

I'm in the same situation with Steve. Area 3 Manager. I applied for Leadership, because this is my (second year); however, he has NOT called me yet.

Chances are hes busy or you didn't get a leadership position, I'm almost positive that every leadership position in area 3 is taken. RELAX. if you start the preseason by being a nervous wreck, its just going to be like that the first weeks.
