Shoes!?!

I was looking online for some shoes because I need some black skid-free shoes.. or something. Does anyone have any suggested brands? I'm looking for something that will provide comfort after a long day of standing, walking and dancing. Anyone who has worked before prefer a certain brand or know of any that would be good for that sort of activity?

Just get some cheap ones from Walmart or what not. And make sure to wear the darn things for a week or so before you are actually on your feet for 12 friggin hours at a time.

The shoes they "sold" us the summer of 80 were New Balance ripoffs. The shoes literally fell apart within a week for alot of people. I kept mine together for some silly reason with Shoe Goo..

Nothing could be as bad as what we had then!

I'm gonna wear my running shoes. Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. You used that site too Lee. Well I should say up until this weekend I still offically work at McDonald's. Can this weekend come any slower.

Get good shoes! Cheap shoes landed me in the Sandusky ER last year because my feet got infected from the blisters I got. Had to get an IV and everything. The next day I got some good shoes, recomended by CP FirstAid, and my feet went back to normal with in a few weeks.

after all the summers from working in admissions i needed white shoes...now that i'm a server i gotta buy some black ones...the most comfortable work shoes i'll recommend are either a pair of reebok classics or nike cortezes...those shoes are hecka comfortable....

Mmmm at least standing up is a lot easier on the feet than walking around all day. By the end of the summer I can walk on razor blades sans a scratch. If your feet really hurt, then get two different pair of shoes and switch them up every day. You'll probably find that helps a lot.

Maybe it's just me, but I still have my wardrobe shoes from last year, and they're still comfortable. Well, it can't be just me, because it goes for my fiancee too. I just can't see any kind of logic whatsoever behind spending seventy bucks on a pair of shoes, that is a complete ripoff. Maybe they're 10 or 20 percent more comfortable, but there's no way they're 450% as comfortable as the wardrobe shoes.

I have Adidas Kobe 2's and they are silver with the white stripe near the sole granted there like 40% white they will work as they did last year. Those wardrobe shoes are ridiculous I returned mine after 1 week and they wouldnt take them back the sole wasnt glued to the shoe at all. (Peppergate $20)Ive had my addidas for like ever and they work just fine and they were only 50 dollars :)
