Seeking Female Roomate

Hello.

My name is Stephanie. I'm going to be working in merchandising this summer at the Berry Market. I'm looking for a female roommate for Golds Dorms (all women's dorms).

Despite what some comments have previously said, Golds isn't bad. I stayed there last summer, and it really wasn't bad. It's the cheapest housing you can get, you have a roof over your head, utilities, and don't have to worry about catching the bus. Wardrobe is literally right next door to Golds, so it's easy to exchange uniforms. It's withing walking distance of all park locations.

The cleaning crew did a great job last summer and I was pleased with how they cleaned the bathrooms. As long as we keep the dorm free of crumbs and take the trash out as it gets full, bugs aren't a real bad problem. I will say that we did have a lot of spiders creep their way in, but since I'm majorly scared of spiders, as soon as I saw them, I got them. I do a spider check in ever nook and cranny before I go to bed- I plan to stuff a large towel down the window this time to help prevent their entering to the dorm. I'm also bringing bug spray.

I'm looking for a female roommate to share a two-person dorm in Golds with me. I plan to process in on May 13. My last day will be Aug. 18.

I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with, trustworthy, and fun. If I'm not working or exploring the park, I will most likely be reading books, doing laundry, or watching movies- I'm not a party person. I have a window air-conditioner that I can have installed by Maintenance, which will keep the room nice and cool for the summer. I also have a mini-fridge that I can share with my roommate if they wanted to. If it's allowed, I might bring a small low-watt microwave to cook some food, which I have no objections to sharing as well.

Golds usually opens up later than the other dorms, but due to the whether, they might open it sooner- I don't know though, and won't until I get there. Worst comes to worst, we'd have to stay in Commons until it opens; then can move there.
