Didn't know that someone could just rent out the park for their own use.Trent

Ah, you must be very young. Let me explain it to you. With enough money anything is possible. I imagine the park goes back 5 years or so, averages the revenue, and expects you to pay that amount.
As to the original post, employees whisper famous people rumours all the time. Who knows how reliable they are.

Edit: I just looked at your info Trent. I think I'll let my comment stand to make you feel good, ya oldie.

They come all the time... Montel Williams is there at least twice a summer. Ken Griffey, Jr. has been there several times. Several others...
And who can forget Labron James getting kicked out of both Raptor AND Dragster for line jumping. :) That made my day.

2004 - Wicked Twister/Top Thrill Dragster
I saw Al Snow the WWE wrestler, and I know none of you will beleive me but I locked the lap bar down for Snoop Dog. Funny thing is I asked him to cross his ankles and he ask me "that's kinda fruity insn't it". I told him the lap wouldn't go down if he didnt, so he did and on he went.
2002/2003 ATL Mineride
A friend of mine who worked Power Tower earlier in the year last year had the pleasure of blasting Montel Williams into the sky on the space shot side. Later in the season, on Dragster, he checked lap bars for Three Doors Down. I've also heard from reliable people that Michael Jordan has been there with his family, and Drew Carey visits now and then. Then of course there's Labron James getting busted for line jumping. I love that story. :)
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
