second job

Please tell me, Is it allowed to work in Cedar point and at the same time to work second job in Sandusky. Are there many night clubs in Sandusky?
It IS possible in some departments.. However the hours you will end up working may not allow it. Kinda of hard to work a second job working open to close every day.

Also some departments require you to get permission from your department manager.

I think the people who work in housekeeping at the hotels work a regular shift where they get off at 3 or 4. This would allow you to work some type of night job.

The question is: Would the second job want someone working there who also works at Cedar Point? That might be an issue to some in-town establishments.

I know that a lot of international employees at Cedar Point also decide to work at the McDonald's up the road. I'm not sure how they arrange this.

If you're planning to travel or do anything other than work while at Cedar Point, it might be a good idea to only have one job... You'll want to have enough free time to explore the area, spend time with friends, and SLEEP!

What department are you working in? Because if you're concerned about getting enough hours, and that's why you're thinking about another job....I wouldn't worry. Cedar Point has plenty of hours to give, there's always someone calling off, or leaving sick. And not that they make it a regular practice, but I know that if there aren't sufficient hours in your department, it may be possible to acquire them in other departments.
So before you start sending in your applications to other places, take a few weeks and get adjusted to the hours at CP. Chances are, you will find that you get plenty and may want to lighten your load. :)

What do yo mean for that 4.25 an hour. Is it a additional paid per hour or total paid?
He's just playing around...that's what he's best at ;) Base rate, at least for a ride host, is $6.25/ hour with a $1.00 bonus per hour worked; provided you complete your contract.

I know a guy that worked on Millennium Force for awhile and was also working at a nightclub. It was rough for him, but he did do it (not that long though)
