Season Pass Renewal Question

I just called the SP Center, and they said it's taking them longer than ususal to process pass certificates that were printed out at home. She said that mine would be in the mail this week.

I thought pink was the new black?

I wonder if GL and CP use the same barcode system for entry? I would hope so---there will be a non-trivial number of crossovers. If so, that might be why the endorsement is so small; no one needs to actually look at it.

I have only one question. How do they get your picture on the pass if you did it by mail?

Benjamin - you can only get your season passes by mail if you had a pass last year - they use last years picture. If you're a new season pass holder, you have to renew in person.

I assume so. For last year's ACE con they printed up "passes" that were used at both parks.

If my friend and I order passes online from the website, will we still have to get our picture taken for them in May when we actually go to the park?

And if so, where should we park for that? Front of the park, or can we still enter at the Magnum entrance and get them done there?

If you read the rest of this thread, if you had a pass last year, you don't need to get a picture taken. If you didn't, you need to get a picture. Season Passes are done at the season pass center to the left of the ticket booths in the front of the park.

This will be my first year buying a season pass. I'm probably going sometime in April, to get my pass processed.

That's if the season pass center is open...

I haven't received mine and mailed it in in November.

Oh ugh.

I received my family's season passes yesterday. Seems that they are issuing them earlier than last year.

Strange. I received my combo pass in the mail today and it did not have a G on it. I have the CP logo, the Soak City logo, the Joe Cool logo and the big green P...but seem to be lacking the G. I'm sure my card is still valid at Geauga Lake (whether I make an effort to go there or not). Its just strange that it is not on my card.

Combo passes are already valid at GL, so there's no reason to put the distinction in there.
