Season Pass Question

Okay, so I have a question over buying my pass. I plan on going to the park on opening day and I'm guessing the pass center will be extremely busy, so I would like to buy mine online. Now the question is, do they mail you your pass? Or do you have to go pick it up? I figured picking it up would be just as long as buying one so I'm debateting which option I should do. Any advice? They do not mail them to you. If you buy the pass online, you will have to print off a paper that has your pass info on it. You will take that paper to the season pass center on opening day. They will take your picture and give you the pass.

Another option is that you can go up to the park prior to opening say and purchase your pass.

If you show up on opening day with the online voucher, you will still end up waiting in a very long line get your picture taken. Your best bet is to go to the season pass office sometime before opening day. They usually open with limited hours around mid to late April.

I'll second Ralph. We bought ours online last year, and went up on a Saturday in late April to get them processed. Absolutely worth every second of the extra drive, especially so when I saw the line on opening day. :)

If you already have a pass from the previous year, you can just renew your pass and not have to get a picture taken on opening day.

I need to get a new card this year after re-newing the old one for the past 3 years it has shown some signs of aging. Anyways I was told I would need a new one. What I am getting to is when is the earlist do you think we can get a pass? I am going to Carrowinds the first week of April. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
